The Dental Barn has been fantastic ever since we as a family started using their services; this was our third private dentist in Eastbourne since moving here. The communication is prompt and clear and I always feel that my dental health is put first (rather than the practice trying to make money), i.e. they will always point you to the right choice rather than the most expensive one (unlike some Eastbourne-based practices). I have used the Hygienist a couple of times, which was great. After after a particularly bad experience with a new dentist at my usual NHS practice I decided to use The Dental Barn dental services too. Everything from the reception staff, to dentists and dental nurses, and of course the hygienist was first class. Anna made me feel very comfortable, explained all treatments required, nothing was too much for them. Also, the surroundings and the surgery were impeccable.

It would have been extremely likely but not everyone will want to travel from Sedlescombe like I do! Also, not everyone will want to pay £63 for an hygienist appointment etc. However, having said that I think everyone does a great job and are not only professional but also friendly and helpful - and that means a lot as it gives me confidence in them, and encourages me to keep on returning.

I am a nightmare patient & really anxious at the thought of seeing a dentist but Laura was so lovely & very caring. It def made me feel even more at ease than before. She explained everything well, was gentle & listened to my concerns & what I had to say. But more than that she was patient. Her dental nurse was so lovely too & was very encouraging with me, she sympathised & empathised too ☺️ & I wasn’t made to feel like I was being a pain. Lovely job, thank you x
