It was actually the first time I'd been out since lockdown started & wasn't worried or concerned at all. Still the same EXCELLENT team with the same EXCELLENT service. Having had a large filling & even larger tooth out - yet still came out smiling ! They put you at your ease, no needles (a miracle in itself) & all round awesomness :) I was the worlds worst person with dentist - a real phobia but now it just seems like a distant nightmare. My 14 year old daughter had tooth infection. Fear of Dentists after bad experience by NHS. Phoned and treated on Saturday morning. Terrified of needles, so the wand was used. Infectection treated and returned for 8 further appointments for work to be carried out. Some not detected by NHS. Halesowen Dental were able to see me extremely quickly at a point where my usual (now ex) Dentist let me down. I'm not usually a huge fan of the dentist and don't have a great history with my teeth but Halesowen Dental immediately put me at ease. I personally needed a lot of treatment having been too afraid to visit a dentist for a number of years. I was able to have my treatment condensed into two main visits which suited my situation perfectly as I didn't want to be making endless weekly or monthly visits for treatment.
