I have been with Vitality for over five years now. Previous visits to the surgery have been for routine dental check-ups with my dentist and the hygienist. The most recent visit was to replace a bridge because of a failed enamel covering. This is the first time that I have experienced actual dental work by my dentist Guy Wells. He undertook the work in a professional way and I felt well informed at all stages of the procedure. The pain relief was administered in a sensitive way and at no time did I feel stressed. He made me feel at ease throughout the work. This is obviously a team effort and I hold the supporting dental nurse in high regard. The lady on reception provided a great welcoming and efficient service.

Because Ben Wild is an excellent dentist; by far the best I have ever had and having moved around a lot in the past I have had experience of a number of dentists so I can make a considered comparison. Ben always discusses possible options and treatments clearly before decisions about treatments are made and he always explains procedures fully including aftercare advice. He is always available for any follow up issues if necessary (not that there have ever been any). Ben has carried out dental work on some of my front teeth so as they are in full view it really matters that the results look natural. I am very happy with the results which look and feel great and completely natural. Another positive is that Ben's injections are consistently painless!
