From entering the building I received excellent customer service, I was welcomed with a friendly smile and to someone who is nervous that means a lot. I was very nervous about the appointment as I had some concerns about my teeth. My dentist was very reassuring and listened in detail to all my concerns. He took time to explain all options available to me. He helped me gain knowledge of the issues I have and thoroughly explained everything and made me see things were not as bad as I thought. I went to my appointment feeling really negative about my teeth and I left feeling happier and more positive. My dentist exceeded all my expectations on all levels and I will definitely recommend him and malmin people I know.

Finally, I was very satisfied to find a very skilled and professional dentist (Dr Benjamin Saidel). I have been coming to Malmin for years now and have always had excellent care from Gazelle and the team. Facing an extraction was quite daunting but I knew Gazelle would only tell me what had to be done! I'd not had a great experience with a previous (pre Malmin!) wisdom tooth situation. Ilaria did the extraction, putting me at ease and making me as comfortable as it was possible to be. It had to be done in two parts in the end but I always knew what was happening and why and knew I could get extra support if I needed it. She was professional, warm with a good sense of humour. I continue to recommend Malmin and despite the fact that the location isn't as convenient for me as it once was will continue to travel to receive the excellent care that I've come to depend on. The reception team are also warm and welcoming (And the new layout makes more sense)
